Lauren....food.....and annoying lighting.

So.....food. Yum! I was actually pretty excited to start food and through both days of shooting it was fun. I really enjoyed it. I found the studio lighting kind of challenging though. The point of the assignment was to practice with studio lighting but I found that the lights made everything lose its color and kind of look blown out. It was like the natural light completely enhanced the food and its beauty but I felt like the studio lights took away from that. So, I don't know if there's anyway to make the studio lights look not so harsh. But- that was kind of frustrating.
