After the critique, I decided to look through my photos for a better panning shot (since mine had something in front of it). I found this one...but I still kind of liked that other photo. I thought the angle was a lot better. ~Kalie

I agree that your second photo could be better if the marker wasnt in the way but I like the effect of the first one. The car looks like the back wheels are slipping on black ice even if they're not. It gives a very intense effect.
