Just a tip: It really helps for the narrower apertures to mount/balance the camera against something solid, like a railing or a table, so as to nullify camera shake while the sensor takes in the light. If the camera is shaken even a little bit (i.e. a minor twitch at most) during those few seconds, the photo will be irreparably blurred.By Chris

I love the ping pong shot. I tried getting some ping ponging action but the ball was the only thing frozen in action. The players didn't look anywhere near as exciting as your guy. Nice job!

ReplyDeleteI would have loved to have seen a series of this ping pong player because he is so expressive! A slow shutter speed would have a nice effect as well. As soon as you have mastered the science you can start thinking about how that science works best to capture the moment...the next epic step...
