Examples of Aperture






Remember these photos from class? These are two examples of what I am looking for in an aperture photo. These are both examples of a shallow depth of field; an aperture range of f4.5-f/8.




This is an example of an f/stop range of f/8-f/16. Almost everything in the photo is in focus.

  1. Okay I'm starting to understand Aperture a bit better. Do we still have to have 3 photos in exactly the same place?

    Yes, you will have to submit three photos demonstrating aperture, and they need to be of the same subject/place. However, your shutter speed photos can be three different subjects/places. I am going to extend the deadline until next Tuesday...not to worry!
