It's Joe

A couple few things I've learned already;
aperture is not only the title of a program on my apple. It is the size of the opening in my lens (now digital) it controls the amount of light that reaches the digital plane on my camera, and affects the amount of subject matter which is in focus. A larger hole or aperture will have a smaller F.Stop, ( the name for the control of aperture on the camera) and allows a lot of light, therefor, you can use a faster shutter speed, reducing the amount of blur due to instable hands. A smaller F.stop (bigger hole, and smaller depth of field) makes a photo of a person really stand out, and highlights the person rather than the background, as the backdrop will appear blurred. Hopefully I will have some examples soon.
