Although I had a difficult time with figuring out the rule of thirds concept, which is typical for almost every assignment we get, I finally figured out what I was doing wrong and corrected the mistakes I was having. The days that we had to work on the rule of thirds assignment were a bit difficult for me especially the first few days. All my shots I had taken were on the left side of the frame only.So I asked about the concept of ROT to actually get the right shots and I went out and got some good rule of thirds shots.

Yes, you did Eliot! And the shots your got were GREAT. I appreciate the fact that you preserved. Nothing easy is ever worth it - I firmly believe that. I know that the assignments do not come naturally and we all have to work at them to get them right, but I hope you feel like you are given enough time and that I give you the opportunity to fix your project if you missed the mark the first time. I hope you are enjoying the class because you are producing good work! Keep it up!
