Well, I have my brand new camera, and now I need to actually shoot people with it, rather than trees and buildings like I'm used to... So that's a bit of a transition. People don't tend to stand still, for one thing, which can be wonderful at times and a pain at others!
I'm very fortunate to have a perfect subject living under my roof right now, my cousin, who has possibly the broadest range of emotions and moods of anyone I've ever met. There are some things I'm still trying to figure out on my new camera, light-wise, mostly, but right now I'm experimenting with black and white. This is an exciting assignment, I like it a lot!! :)
